Perform deep-dive analyses of player behavior and in-game economy, provide strategic recommendations to product and monetization teams, build interactive Tableau dashboards to monitor KPIs, collaborate with data engineering and design, translate complex data into clear narratives, identify optimization opportunities across the player journey, and mentor junior analysts.

Lead and execute user acquisition strategy for live social casino titles, manage UA and retargeting budgets, grow and develop the UA team, optimize campaigns and creatives, analyze CPI/ROAS/LTV/payback, and collaborate with Monetization, Product, Data, Creative and Brand to drive scalable player growth and long-term monetization.

The Monetization Specialist will develop and implement strategies to maximize game revenue and player engagement, analyze monetization mechanics, and provide insights to improve performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
