Collaborate cross-functionally with production, design, monetization, analytics, content, UI, economy, and marketing teams. Lead initiatives from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization while monitoring competitors, trends, and player feedback.

Lead end-to-end data science and machine learning initiatives for mobile gaming, including player behavior modeling, personalization, engagement and monetization optimization, experimentation, causal inference, statistical modeling, and production deployment. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering while establishing technical standards, scalable tooling, documentation, and company-wide Data and AI best practices.

Lead and execute user acquisition strategy for live social casino titles, manage UA and retargeting budgets, grow and develop the UA team, optimize campaigns and creatives, analyze CPI/ROAS/LTV/payback, and collaborate with Monetization, Product, Data, Creative and Brand to drive scalable player growth and long-term monetization.
