Provide individualized nursing care for patients of all ages, develop and document care plans, monitor and report condition changes, mentor staff, maintain PHI privacy, complete unit-specific competencies, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safety and quality patient outcomes.

Provides leadership, ensures regulatory and privacy compliance, and maintains effective communication with patients, staff, physicians, and external partners.

Provide professional nursing care under physician direction: assess and document patient needs, administer medications, educate patients/families, mentor/train staff, follow policies and PHI rules, and maintain effective team communication.

Operates radiology equipment under physician supervision, ensuring accurate patient identification and effectively utilizing resources while collaborating with team members.

The Ultrasound Technologist III performs ultrasound studies, prepares reports, ensures quality images, and provides patient care. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, equipment quality control, and on-call coverage.

Provides basic life support and emergency care to sick and injured individuals in pre-hospital settings, following protocols. Responsibilities include assessing vital signs, administering CPR, and monitoring IV administration.

Identify, recruit, screen, and refer candidates for healthcare roles; consult with hiring leaders; analyze market and candidate data; run job fairs; verify references/credentials; extend offers; ensure EEO and HIPAA/PHI compliance; maintain communication with applicants and hiring managers.
