Identify, recruit, screen, and refer candidates for healthcare roles; consult with hiring leaders; analyze market and candidate data; run job fairs; verify references/credentials; extend offers; ensure EEO and HIPAA/PHI compliance; maintain communication with applicants and hiring managers.

Review, manage, and appeal clinical denials across payors; track trends in Compliance 360; coordinate with Care Management, HIM, and Patient Accounts to improve revenue cycle performance and collections; lead denial management meetings and support chart/defense audits.

Directs Rehabilitation Services (PT, OT, Speech, outpatient wound and hyperbaric therapy). Oversees staffing, budgeting, compliance, departmental projects, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient care quality. Provides leadership, ensures regulatory and privacy compliance, and maintains effective communication with patients, staff, physicians, and external partners.
