Identify, recruit, screen, and refer candidates for healthcare roles; consult with hiring leaders; analyze market and candidate data; run job fairs; verify references/credentials; extend offers; ensure EEO and HIPAA/PHI compliance; maintain communication with applicants and hiring managers.

Processes and reconciles patient records, prepares and scans documentation, performs quality checks, and indexes records in the electronic health record. Handles release-of-information requests in compliance with HIPAA and applicable laws, including subpoenas and court orders. Provides front-desk and customer support, tracks requests in ROI software, protects confidential information, follows productivity standards, and supports department improvement initiatives.

Provide individualized nursing care for patients of all ages, develop and document care plans, monitor and report condition changes, mentor staff, maintain PHI privacy, complete unit-specific competencies, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safety and quality patient outcomes.
