Manage administrative and operational functions for education programs including scheduling, calendar management, marketing coordination, sales and Tessitura database maintenance, inventory, event logistics, teacher/school outreach, data collection, and program budgeting. Serve as program manager for Student Matinee Series and Poetry Out Loud Massachusetts, coordinating adjudicators, registrations, materials, and day-of-event operations while supporting workforce development and cross-department collaboration.

Provide welcoming, customer-facing support at the Huntington Theatre: greet patrons, scan tickets, hand out materials, usher, assist with venue setup, attend mandatory trainings, and perform light lifting and wayfinding.

Provide friendly, professional usher and front-of-house support at the Calderwood Pavilion: greet patrons, check tickets, distribute materials, assist with seating and wayfinding, move furniture, attend mandatory trainings, and perform other duties to ensure a safe, positive theatre experience.

Support planning and execution of mainstage productions and artistic programming. Serve as line producer for productions and events, coordinate across departments, attend rehearsals and performances, build local artist networks, manage calendars and accessibility coordination, and support community partnerships and educational initiatives.
