Stewards and develops rare early printed book and extra-illustrated book collections from 1450–1800 through acquisition, preservation planning, cataloging collaboration, research support, and provenance research. The curator interprets collections through exhibitions, publications, lectures, tours, digital initiatives, and outreach; supports fellowship reviews, donor and grant development, and public programming. The role also represents the Library professionally and collaborates with technical services, reader services, education, preservation, and curatorial colleagues.

Performs physical examination, preservation, and complex conservation treatments for manuscripts, photographs, artwork, parchment, and other paper-based materials. Documents treatments, prepares materials for exhibitions, loans, and digitization, and develops collection-level preservation strategies. The role also supports emergency response, laboratory management, staff and public education, workshops, and intern supervision while collaborating with curatorial and conservation teams.

Provides administrative, logistical, analytical, and project support for The Huntington’s Gift Planning Office. Responsibilities include tracking planned gifts and bequests, maintaining confidential donor records in Raiser's Edge, preparing gift proposals and reports, coordinating donor meetings and stewardship events, supporting marketing efforts, processing securities and wire transfers, managing invoices and expenses in Workday, arranging travel, and assisting with fundraising projects.

Direct and lead The Huntington's unified library and art preservation and conservation program. Oversee conservators, labs, budgets, environmental monitoring, emergency response, and cross-departmental collaboration while setting long-term strategy and representing the institution in the professional conservation community.

Provide on-site, day-of operational support for botanical events and programs, acting as the primary liaison among staff, vendors, volunteers, and Security. Assist with setup, logistics, basic A/V, guest check-in and wayfinding, facility opening/closing, enforcing event plans, protecting grounds and equipment, and occasional administrative tasks. Work evenings and weekends as needed.

Provide administrative and operational coordination for the Digital & Technology division: manage scheduling, meeting and event logistics, maintain project roadmaps and tracking tools, support budgeting and procurement, assist IT help desk triage and communications, maintain divisional documentation and reports, and support board committee logistics and VP-level executive assistance.
