Performs physical examination, preservation, and complex conservation treatments for manuscripts, photographs, artwork, parchment, and other paper-based materials. Documents treatments, prepares materials for exhibitions, loans, and digitization, and develops collection-level preservation strategies. The role also supports emergency response, laboratory management, staff and public education, workshops, and intern supervision while collaborating with curatorial and conservation teams.

Provides administrative, logistical, analytical, and project support for The Huntington’s Gift Planning Office. Responsibilities include tracking planned gifts and bequests, maintaining confidential donor records in Raiser's Edge, preparing gift proposals and reports, coordinating donor meetings and stewardship events, supporting marketing efforts, processing securities and wire transfers, managing invoices and expenses in Workday, arranging travel, and assisting with fundraising projects.

Direct and lead The Huntington's unified library and art preservation and conservation program. Oversee conservators, labs, budgets, environmental monitoring, emergency response, and cross-departmental collaboration while setting long-term strategy and representing the institution in the professional conservation community.
