The Senior Manager oversees operational systems supporting horticulture and sustainability in botanical gardens, ensuring compliance and efficiency in water and climate systems, and leading a team for continuous improvement.

Manage a portfolio of ~150 donor households and help plan and execute fundraising and stewardship events, including the annual Huntington Ball. Coordinate event logistics, communications, ticketing, and budgeting; develop donor cultivation and stewardship strategies; produce e-newsletters; provide concierge donor services; collaborate across departments and act on behalf of the Director as needed.

Manage intake, editorial review, prioritization, production, and publishing of web content and event listings. Edit and produce copy for pages, landing pages, and newsletters; enforce accessibility, SEO, metadata, and brand standards; coach divisional editors and improve CMS workflows and documentation.
