Supports daily Reader Services operations through reader registration, orientation, library access assistance, research referrals, interlibrary loan processing, administrative coordination, communications, staff training, and systems support. Provides welcoming front-facing service to readers, researchers, fellows, staff, and the public; maintains service information and documentation; troubleshoots routine technology issues; compiles statistics; and assists with library programs and special projects.

Designs and produces 2-D and 3-D exhibition graphics, layouts, signage, gallery environments, and display elements for museum collections and temporary exhibitions. Develops technical drawings, material specifications, installation diagrams, budgets, and schedules while coordinating with curators, conservators, fabricators, vendors, and contractors. Maintains design standards, floor plans, reusable exhibition inventories, production files, and accessibility compliance, and participates in installations and deinstallations.

Provides administrative, logistical, donor-relations, and event support for the Society of Fellows. Manages donor records, gift acknowledgments, renewals, payment plans, benefits fulfillment, communications, newsletters, event coordination, and member concierge services. Maintains confidential information in Raiser's Edge NXT, Salesforce, Mailchimp, and Ticketure while supporting fundraising and stewardship goals. The role also includes correspondence, proofreading, special projects, and occasional evening or weekend work.
