Lead branch managers and oversee restaurant performance across Angola. Drive sales, profitability, labor control, customer satisfaction, product quality, promotions, and operational standards across multiple QSR locations. Develop managers, succession plans, staffing, and training while ensuring compliance with health, safety, security, cleanliness, cash handling, company policies, and employment requirements. Travel extensively between restaurants, support employee relations, and represent the company in labor proceedings.

Leads Hungry Lion’s entire Angola business, owning restaurant operations, P&L, growth, site expansion, marketing localization, suppliers, logistics, compliance, and people development. The role requires navigating Angolan legislation, culture, market conditions, political risks, and regulatory relationships while building the country’s QSR footprint. Strong Portuguese communication, cross-cultural negotiation, and 8–10 years of QSR or food and beverage management experience are required.

Hands-on junior manager responsible for keeping kitchen, counter, packaging, cash, stock, and team performance running to standard during shifts. The role coaches employees, resolves operational issues, assists with opening and closing, and occasionally runs the full branch when senior managers are absent. Weekend, evening, and public-holiday availability is required, with a path toward Assistant Manager.
