Manage daily QSR branch operations including cleaning schedules, food preparation and safety, packing orders, cash handling, till reconciliation, stock control, invoicing, and daily/weekly stocktakes to maintain quality and compliance.

Lead process-improvement and management-system implementation initiatives to reduce unit costs, increase throughput, and build/validate financial business cases (NPV, IRR, payback). Coordinate technical, operational, and business stakeholders, run post-project audits, and perform structural risk assessments on capital and operational assets.

Lead and scale Hungry Lion's Angola operation with full P&L ownership. Drive site selection and new store openings, manage supply chain and food safety (including cold chain), maintain brand standards, develop local leadership, and represent the company with authorities while coordinating with the South Africa hub.
