Lead design strategy and execution for a white‑label health app. Build and document a Figma design system with variables and tokens, enable multi‑brand theming, apply glassmorphism, design gamification mechanics, ensure cross‑platform responsive and accessible UI, mentor the design team with daily feedback, collaborate with PMs and engineers, and deliver measurable improvements in user engagement and retention.

Manage student communications and CRM; run remote event operations including venue/vendor sourcing and logistics; convert long-form content into modular courses and publish product pages; produce AI-assisted short and long-form video, maintain content calendar, and engage community. Own outcomes, ship deliverables, and support remote on-site teams.

Design, build, and maintain production-grade automation pipelines (GHL, Zapier, n8n) including API/webhook integrations, retries, idempotency, monitoring, logging, secrets management, dashboards, runbooks, and clear documentation. Deliver ongoing support, testing, and operational handovers for stable automated workflows.
