Supports HR operations across recruitment logistics, employee induction, leave and personnel records, payroll inputs, labor relations, performance tracking, training coordination, audits, benefits inquiries, and employee separation processes. Maintains confidential documentation, assists with compliance activities, responds to employee questions, and coordinates with HR advisors and department heads.

Manage GDS ticketing and bookings, prepare quotations, handle changes/cancellations, ensure accurate travel documentation, maintain supplier relationships, log bookings in reporting systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless client travel arrangements.

Reconcile export customs entries from FY2022 onward against shipping documents, produce reconciliation trackers, maintain COE submission logs, compile and validate export documentation for VAT refund submissions, collaborate with Finance, liaise with customs agents and freight forwarders, escalate discrepancies, and maintain audit-ready records during the 6-month contract.
