Join a 10-week program assisting partners and associates in litigation or corporate practices. Conduct complex legal research and writing, draft and review contracts, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents, and provide written and oral legal opinions and recommendations under supervision.

Counsel high-net-worth individuals and family entities on estate, gift, generation-skipping transfer, and income tax matters; draft prenuptial/postnuptial agreements; handle estate administration and tax controversy (including IRS examinations/appeals); perform legal research; communicate with clients and colleagues.

Mid- to senior-level corporate associate role focused on M&A: drafting and negotiating purchase, merger, joint venture, shareholder and ancillary agreements; legal analysis and research; client and counsel communications; managing priorities and using M&A reference materials and electronic resources.

Provide securities and capital markets legal support: draft offering and disclosure materials, perform federal and state securities legal research, advise on compliance with the ’33 and ’34 Acts and Regulations S-K/S-X, communicate with clients and counsel, and maintain corporate governance expertise.
