Provide securities and capital markets legal support: draft offering and disclosure materials, perform federal and state securities legal research, advise on compliance with the ’33 and ’34 Acts and Regulations S-K/S-X, communicate with clients and counsel, and maintain corporate governance expertise.

Lead month-end and year-end close activities, perform balance sheet and cash account analyses, manage bank relationships and reconciliations, coordinate audits, prepare budgets and management reports, oversee internal controls and escrow reconciliations, support insurance renewals and special projects, and maintain financial reporting and BI integrations.

Provide operational and administrative support for the firm's pro bono practice: manage case administration and databases, coordinate clinics/trainings/events, prepare reports and marketing materials, assist client communications and intake (including Spanish translation), and support the Pro Bono Committee with staffing, compliance tracking, and resource maintenance.
