Partner Development Manager

Vienna, Austria

Main Responsibilities:

  • Channel Development & Management
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners in the IP network & Storage technology domain.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment with Huawei’s strategic goals.

  • Sales Enablement
    • Support partners in achieving sales targets for Huawei IP network & Storage solutions (e.g., campus switches, data center switches, WLAN, SAN/NAS Storage, Backup Storage).
    • Provide training, tools, and resources to enable partners to effectively sell Huawei solutions.

  • Market Expansion
    • Analyze market trends and customer needs in Austria to develop effective channel strategies.
    • Drive go-to-market initiatives with partners, including joint marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.

  • Performance Management
    • Monitor partner performance and provide guidance for business growth.
    • Establish KPIs and regularly report on partner activities, sales performance, and pipeline status.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, ICT or related qualification will be an advantage

  • At least 3 years of sufficient experience

  • In-depth understanding of IP network & Storage technologies

  • Strong knowledge of channel sales models and partner ecosystems within the ICT industry

  • Understanding of local market dynamics and regulatory environment in Austria related to enterprise IT and networking infrastructure.

  • Experience with channel incentive programs, partner lifecycle management, and CRM tools

  • Fluent knowledge of English and German language is mandatory
