Conduct outbound prospecting across the UK and Ireland through calls, email, LinkedIn, and event follow-up. Research accounts, qualify prospects, uncover business needs, book meetings for Account Executives, nurture opportunities, and maintain accurate Salesforce records. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to build pipeline and achieve activity and opportunity targets while positioning EHS and compliance solutions with mid-to-senior stakeholders.

Creates and maintains customer-facing technical content, documentation, knowledge base articles, learning resources, release communications, and in-application guidance for SaaS products. Administers and improves the Digital Adoption Platform, building walkthroughs, tooltips, onboarding flows, and contextual help. Partners with Product, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering to improve feature adoption and self-service effectiveness. Develops structured, searchable, AI-ready content and monitors AI-powered support accuracy.

Manage and improve NAC and IAM programs, provide Tier 2 support for access and authentication, implement SSO and Zero Trust controls, oversee access governance and RBAC, automate identity workflows, troubleshoot access incidents, manage vendor relationships, and lead cross-functional security projects.
