It requires advanced Excel skills, quantitative and qualitative analysis, strong communication, organization, and two to four years of pricing or business analytical experience.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and rolling plans; build financial models for production and capital decisions; analyze variances and manufacturing KPIs; deliver reporting and dashboards; evaluate capex and product profitability; maintain internal controls, support audits, and partner with operations to drive cost and working capital improvements.

Analyze cost data, maintain product costing and overhead rates, investigate manufacturing variances, support inventory accuracy and reconciliations, assist month‑end reporting, audits, intercompany balancing, tax filings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Serve as a trusted HR advisor to field leadership across geographic areas, aligning business objectives with employee needs.
