Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Coordinate with suppliers, manage marketing calendars and budgets, create content for digital platforms, monitor market trends and campaign performance, and support PR, events, and brand activations to ensure consistent brand delivery.

Develop and manage brand identity and marketing strategies for global alcohol brands in the Cayman market. Coordinate with vendors and media, build stakeholder relationships, manage budgets, monitor programs, research market conditions, and create internal social media content. Support PR and strategic planning; ensure positive community and customer responses.

Manage and grow wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic sales across assigned accounts in Grand Cayman. Develop new business, increase distribution points, run promotions, trainings, tastings and events, complete account audits and weekly reports, and meet quarterly sales targets while coordinating with operations and the sales team.

Drive hotel room revenue by identifying new business, building relationships with corporate clients, travel agents and event planners, conducting sales calls and site inspections, supporting OTA/wholesaler management, preparing contracts and reports, and using PMS/CRM and sales tools to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Lead steward supervises stewarding staff, enforces sanitation and safety standards, manages inventory and equipment, supports event setups, conducts training, and reports operational issues to the Chief Steward.

Manage non-liquor brand sales and marketing across assigned Cayman accounts: vendor relations, inventory and depletion management, campaign creation, promotional activities, training/tastings, A/R coordination, and market monitoring to drive brand growth and execute sales strategies.

Develop and manage day-to-day social media content and campaigns across platforms, create captions, visuals and short-form video, engage community, analyze metrics, report insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to adapt global strategies for local markets.
