Manage daily laundry plant operations including scheduling, training, safety, productivity tracking, cost control, customer service, linen distribution, and leading/ developing production staff.

Perform manual and mechanized farm and garden work including soil cultivation, planting, weed control, irrigation, and harvesting. Maintain resort gardens, follow safety protocols, monitor supplies and equipment needs, and perform other duties as assigned. Work flexible hours including late shifts, weekends, and holidays, and tolerate weather extremes.

Develop and manage brand identity and marketing strategies for global alcohol brands in the Cayman market. Coordinate with vendors and media, build stakeholder relationships, manage budgets, monitor programs, research market conditions, and create internal social media content. Support PR and strategic planning; ensure positive community and customer responses.
