Greet customers and provide product information and assistance; process transactions via POS and manage cash; stock, rotate, and merchandize products; maintain cleanliness and safety; handle returns, phone inquiries, inventory tasks, and other duties to support store sales and customer experience.

Support retail marketing by producing digital and print creative, managing social and website content, coordinating in-store merchandising and events, liaising with vendors and printers, tracking campaign performance, and providing administrative and project support to ensure brand consistency across channels.

Lead brand identity development and localize global marketing strategies for selected manufactured goods and alcohol brands. Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships, public relations and media requests, marketing programs and budgets, market research, and internal social media content. Support strategic planning, monitor performance, and adjust campaigns to ensure positive customer and community response.
