Teams at HRM Direct

Supports housekeeping by stocking linens and supplies, changing bed linens, removing refuse, delivering room items, and maintaining hotel common areas. Performs deep cleaning and floor care, follows health and safety procedures, stores cleaning inventory, reports maintenance issues, and coordinates with hotel departments to ensure rooms and facilities are guest-ready. Provides friendly, responsive guest service and assists with inquiries and requests.

Leads and supervises stewarding operations across kitchens, restaurants, bars, and event spaces. Oversees sanitation, dishwashing, cleaning, waste management, equipment and supply inventory, staffing, training, scheduling, payroll, labor controls, budgets, inspections, and regulatory compliance. Coordinates with culinary and food and beverage teams to support daily service, banquets, events, and activations while maintaining safe, hygienic working conditions.

Leads Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Services, and related teams in a luxury hotel environment. Oversees staffing, scheduling, budgets, cost control, guest arrivals and departures, service standards, compliance, and guest satisfaction. Recruits, coaches, and develops employees while partnering with other departments to deliver exceptional experiences and improve operational performance.
