Leads hotel sales strategy, revenue generation, promotional efforts, customer relationships, and sales staff. Develops corporate, group, transient, association, and catering business; manages proposals and contracts; analyzes market and financial data; oversees customer satisfaction; and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to achieve property goals.

Manage hotel accounts receivable operations, including revenue and ledger reconciliation, invoicing, payment application, collections, account disputes, deposits, credit controls, month-end close, reporting, and audit-ready documentation. Coordinate group and event billing with Sales and Marketing while overseeing corporate, government, travel-agent, and other customer accounts. Maintain compliance with approval, confidentiality, and segregation-of-duties requirements.

Manages the non-liquor beverage brand portfolio across Cayman Islands accounts. Responsibilities include vendor relations, depletion reporting, marketing campaigns, advertising budgets, account development, product training, inventory coordination, sales promotions, order and delivery coordination, competitive monitoring, market education, and accounts receivable issue resolution.
