Supports customer onboarding, product adoption, issue resolution, account management, and long-term satisfaction across assigned accounts. Builds customer relationships, conducts outreach, monitors account health and product usage, identifies adoption and renewal opportunities, supports training and success plans, documents interactions in the CRM, and coordinates with internal teams to resolve concerns and ensure successful implementation.

Assist with IT helpdesk support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, user access, printers, applications, and peripherals. Configure and deploy devices, support employee onboarding and offboarding, maintain inventory records, install software updates, monitor endpoint security, document resolutions, and escalate complex issues. The intern also supports Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory, cybersecurity awareness, and other IT projects while following security, privacy, and HIPAA requirements.
