Hybrid clinical-commercial role supporting Acute Urology accounts by educating bedside clinicians, driving product adoption, and connecting acute, rehab, and home care. The Clinical Nurse Specialist builds territory strategies, conducts product demonstrations and in-services, supports sales efforts, and collaborates with internal teams to expand market share and optimize clinical and financial outcomes.

Support product development and manufacturing by creating and maintaining design history files, drafting and executing verification/validation tests, developing specifications and work instructions, performing inspections and root-cause analysis, supporting CAPAs/NCRs and customer investigations, and producing technical reports and engineering drawings.

Onsite patient services role managing customer re-orders and patient outreach. Review patient files for documentation, contact patients (~35 outbound calls/day) to confirm orders, address address/insurance changes, and process sales and purchase orders. Maintain confidential medical records and coordinate with Medical Records and fulfillment agents.
