Lead ERP implementation projects from discovery through go-live and support. Analyze and optimize client business processes, gather requirements, recommend tailored ERP solutions, manage data migration and integrations, troubleshoot functional and technical issues, and train end users. Partner with clients and Account Managers to deliver successful outcomes and ongoing operational improvements. The role is fully remote but requires residence in Western Canada and legal authorization to work in Canada.

Drive new business and regional sales growth across New Zealand’s lower North Island. Build relationships with farmers, dealers, contractors, suppliers, and industry partners; manage the HubSpot pipeline; sell farm monitoring solutions; expand the dealer network; support existing customers; prepare quotes; and coordinate installations and commissioning.

The role requires ERP consulting experience, finance-process knowledge, project delivery skills, and the legal right to work in Canada.

Design and develop electromechanical products for dairy technology and industrial automation applications. Collaborate across disciplines to take products from concept through production, ensuring manufacturability, reliability, compliance, and appropriate material selection. Apply 3D CAD, manufacturing process knowledge, GD&T, tolerance analysis, injection-molded plastics expertise, and product development practices. Experience with hygienic design, certification, simulation, and PDM or PLM systems is advantageous.

Develop and design software across ERP, APIs, integrations, mobile applications, and web solutions. Lead technical implementation decisions, mentor developers, contribute to architecture, refine backlogs, identify risks and dependencies, support sprint planning, and promote secure, maintainable engineering practices. The role also contributes to cloud deployment, DevOps improvements, technical product decisions, and adoption of AI-assisted development tools.

Own the company’s day-to-day operations while supporting the CEO’s strategic focus. Lead department heads, strengthen accountability, improve processes and reporting, oversee systems and technology implementation, and provide operational oversight across people, finance, compliance, health and safety, risk, and performance. Build the leadership capability, infrastructure, and operating rhythm needed to support growth across New Zealand and Australia.
