Troubleshoot functional and technical ERP issues, train end users, collaborate with account managers, and contribute to product and process improvements. The role combines functional and technical consulting for clients in fuel importing, distribution, and retail operations.

Manage and grow existing customer accounts, provide excellent phone and email support, track CRM data, identify sales opportunities, coordinate promotions, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with warehouse and admin teams. Attend trade shows and customer visits as required.
