Develop and design software across ERP, APIs, integrations, mobile applications, and web solutions. Lead technical implementation decisions, mentor developers, contribute to architecture, refine backlogs, identify risks and dependencies, support sprint planning, and promote secure, maintainable engineering practices. The role also contributes to cloud deployment, DevOps improvements, technical product decisions, and adoption of AI-assisted development tools.

Manage a portfolio of SME clients, preparing financial statements, tax returns, management reports, and GST, PAYE, and FBT compliance. Provide business advisory, performance, strategy, and growth guidance, along with Xero and cloud accounting support. Responsibilities include peer reviewing work, mentoring team members, leading process improvements, and delivering high-quality accounting services.

Own the company’s day-to-day operations while supporting the CEO’s strategic focus. Lead department heads, strengthen accountability, improve processes and reporting, oversee systems and technology implementation, and provide operational oversight across people, finance, compliance, health and safety, risk, and performance. Build the leadership capability, infrastructure, and operating rhythm needed to support growth across New Zealand and Australia.
