The Sales Director will drive growth of the Latis platform by identifying and signing new clients, meeting sales quotas, and leveraging knowledge in SaaS and sustainability.

Prospect into food, CPG, retail, foodservice, and ingredient-supplier accounts through cold calls, email, and messaging. Research accounts, identify buyers, qualify meetings, maintain CRM accuracy, use AI tools for personalization, track outreach performance, and hand qualified opportunities to Account Executives. The role also develops SDR playbooks, follows up with SupplierConnect users, identifies buying signals, and reports messaging and conversion results.

Lead HowGood’s European sales strategy and growth for its Latis sustainability intelligence platform. Responsibilities include developing territory plans, generating and forecasting enterprise pipeline, managing full sales cycles, closing $100K+ SaaS agreements, expanding existing accounts, and partnering with cross-functional teams. The role also requires tracking European sustainability regulations, representing the company at industry events, and building relationships with CPG, retail, ingredient supplier, and food service organizations.

Independent SaaS business development contractor to generate enterprise pipeline, pitch and close $100k+ Latis SaaS deals across Europe, advise on market trends, and convey sustainability impact to CPG, retail, ingredient supplier, and food service clients.

Responsible for designing and implementing new features, owning architecture, testing and documentation, and improving team culture in a fast-paced environment.
