Support breakfast, lunch and/or dinner service in the restaurant and bar; assist daily operations and learn from management; ensure smooth service and welcoming atmosphere; learn hotel restaurant management and help create memorable guest experiences. Internship must be part of a formal hospitality, tourism, or related educational program.

Support hotel sales activity by generating new corporate, group and local business, maintaining pipelines, assisting client meetings and site visits, managing account administration, and collaborating with commercial and operational teams to meet revenue goals.

Lead and supervise front desk operations, ensuring excellent guest service, efficient check-in/out, payments accuracy, upselling hotel services, coordinating with housekeeping, supporting and training reception staff, and covering Duty Manager shifts to maintain smooth daily hotel operations.

Lead daily hotel operations supporting the Captain, deliver excellent guest service, recruit and develop staff, manage F&B outlets and room inventory, enforce brand and safety standards, and ensure profitable operations while promoting the Moxy brand and Marriott Bonvoy.

Provide friendly, attentive front-desk service including guest check-in/check-out, handling guest and concierge requests, completing shift checklists, and ensuring a positive guest experience. Work nights as scheduled and use Opera PMS to manage reservations and guest records. Collaborate with the hotel team and maintain attention to detail.

Internship must be part of a formal hospitality, tourism, or related educational program. Compensation, accommodation (subject to availability/conditions), and mentorship provided.

Greet and assist guests before, during and after their stay. Independently check guests in and out, provide concierge service, complete shift checklists, ensure a welcoming guest experience, and deliver friendly, detail-oriented service as part of a team.
