The role requires strong organization, independent work under tight deadlines, basketball knowledge, English fluency, and availability for international travel. It is based in Central London with at least three office days per week.

Supports ERP and back-office applications within the Platforms & Solutions team. Responsibilities include user support, incident and enhancement request handling, ERP data management, integrations, reporting, performance monitoring, problem resolution, documentation, and user adoption. The apprentice will contribute to projects and continuous improvement while working with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and maintain effective tools and processes.

Research players, teams, competitions, and sporting stories to support broadcast, digital, and social content. Prepare research briefs, interview notes, and editorial documentation; assist producers with planning, scripting, post-production coordination, editing, and final delivery. Log footage, identify storylines, fact-check content, and provide editorial support during international sporting events. The role requires strong writing, organization, attention to detail, teamwork, English fluency, and international travel.

Create, shoot, and edit video and visual content for HBS internal and external communications. Responsibilities include filming interviews and behind-the-scenes footage, editing corporate films and social content, creating basic motion graphics, managing media assets, photographing staff, and maintaining photo archives. The role requires strong storytelling, visual branding, Adobe editing expertise, camera and lighting proficiency, and fluent English and French.

Lead and support end-to-end live broadcast delivery across on-premise and cloud environments, primarily AWS. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize video workflows; coordinate timelines, requirements, and stakeholders; develop Python scripting and automation; contribute to post-event reporting and knowledge sharing; and travel internationally to support major sporting events.

Lead and support live broadcast delivery for major sporting events across on-premise and cloud environments, primarily AWS. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize video workflows; coordinate timelines, requirements, and stakeholders; develop Python automation; support reporting and knowledge sharing; and travel internationally for event deployments. The role includes irregular evening and weekend hours during live events.

Supports Senior Producers in planning, coordinating, and delivering non-live basketball content for broadcast and digital platforms. Responsibilities include managing production timelines and documentation, organizing media assets, coordinating with suppliers, reviewing deliverables against editorial and technical standards, and supporting quality control. The role requires strong organization, communication, adaptability, attention to detail, and availability for international travel, with at least three days per week in the Central London office.
