Teams at Host Broadcast Services (HBS)

Leads corporate IT infrastructure, end-user support, and service delivery across international locations. Manages and develops the support team, drives operational improvement, maintains secure and reliable workplace technology, supports business projects, and collaborates with stakeholders and technology partners. The role requires strong IT leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, fluency in English and French, and international travel availability.

Supports the HR Director and HR Division with cross-department coordination, reporting, workforce planning, project tracking, meeting follow-up, process standardization, and continuous improvement. The role maintains accurate HR records, dashboards, tools, and documentation while coordinating stakeholders and supporting HR projects. It requires strong organization, communication, data-handling, confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Supports learning and development administration, training coordination, recruitment and onboarding of interns and apprentices, performance reviews, talent management, graduate program administration, HR reporting, and workforce planning projects. The role also coordinates events, university partnerships, documentation, presentations, and data analysis while providing broader administrative support to HR development activities.
