Teams at Host Broadcast Services (HBS)

Supports learning and development administration, training coordination, recruitment and onboarding of interns and apprentices, performance reviews, talent management, graduate program administration, HR reporting, and workforce planning projects. The role also coordinates events, university partnerships, documentation, presentations, and data analysis while providing broader administrative support to HR development activities.

Support the design and delivery of large-scale broadcast facilities and workplace environments. Produce architectural drawings, layouts, 2D/3D models, and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools. Collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams; assist with planning, coordination, site reviews, and document maintenance; and contribute to sustainable design solutions and process improvements.

The Junior Video Editor prepares and edits promos, features, highlights, and short-form social content for broadcast and digital platforms. They use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, collaborate with producers, editors, designers, and media managers, and support storytelling across multiple formats. The role requires strong organization, independent work under tight deadlines, basketball knowledge, English fluency, and availability for international travel. It is based in Central London with at least three office days per week.
