Supervise front desk operations to ensure smooth check-in/check-out and excellent guest service. Train and guide front desk staff, manage reservations and shift coverage, address guest concerns, and report to the Front Office Manager. Drive group revenue by sourcing and securing group business, responding to RFPs, negotiating and executing group contracts, coordinating with hotel operations, and meeting sales targets while supporting the Director of Sales.
