Lead all food & beverage operations across restaurants, bars, and banquets; manage staffing, budgeting, menu development, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Provide administrative and guest-focused support to the sales and catering team: coordinate meetings and events, prepare proposals and contracts, handle clerical tasks (word processing, data entry, filing, mail), respond to guest requests, and assist with special projects.
