Lead all food & beverage operations across restaurants, bars, and banquets; manage staffing, budgeting, menu development, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Report to the General Manager and drive innovation, service quality, and profitability while supporting career growth and a positive team culture.

Provide administrative and guest-focused support to the sales and catering team: coordinate meetings and events, prepare proposals and contracts, handle clerical tasks (word processing, data entry, filing, mail), respond to guest requests, and assist with special projects. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a hotel environment.
