Supervise front desk operations to ensure smooth check-in/check-out, train and guide front desk staff, manage reservations and shift coverage, handle guest concerns, and maintain a welcoming environment while reporting to the Front Office Manager.

Provide daily HR support for a hotel including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, HR recordkeeping, and policy compliance. Serve as a resource for employees and leadership and report to the Director of Human Resources.
