The role strengthens cash controls, resolves banking issues, coordinates funding, supports compliance, and partners with finance leadership, hotels, lenders, insurers, and investors.

Leads revenue management and distribution strategy across a nationwide hotel portfolio. Oversees pricing, forecasting, demand analysis, yield management, budgets, market segmentation, and OTA strategy. Manages regional, central, and property-level revenue leaders; drives RevPAR and market-share performance; leads new property ramp-ups, system implementations, stakeholder engagement, and revenue best-practice development. Requires extensive hotel revenue leadership experience, strong data-driven decision-making, and familiarity with RMS, CRS, PMS, and Excel.
