Coordinate marketing activities and events for a freestanding ER: manage inventory and orders for marketing gifts, support and fill in for the Marketing Director, schedule volunteers, oversee social media posts, create tablescapes, and provide occasional in-ER support.

Provide diagnostic radiographic imaging (including CT) for patients of all ages in a freestanding ER, practice radiation safety, position patients and operate imaging equipment, perform basic laboratory testing and QC, collaborate with physicians and nurses, and maintain required certifications and state licensure.

Manage receipt, transport, inventory, restocking, and organization of medical supplies and pharmacy items; unload and put away freight; replace hazardous waste containers; use digital inventory system; support other facilities and communicate with staff, patients, and supervisors.

Plan and execute community outreach, events, and fundraising; manage local marketing calendar and branded materials; represent the brand at networking events; support social media initiatives; maintain marketing inventory and event setup; provide in-person patient-family hospitality and customer service in the ER.

Support the Marketing Director with event coordination, inventory and ordering of marketing items, volunteer scheduling, social media oversight, onsite event setup/tear-down, and general marketing department support and communications.

Provide hands-on laboratory support in a freestanding ER: manage lab orders and filing, follow safety and send-out protocols, document results, maintain clean patient rooms, and support team workflow and patient experience in a fast-paced environment.

Provide post-visit patient communications, triage incoming nurse calls, manage complaints and billing inquiries, document communications, and support ER clinical duties (triage, discharge, medication) as needed to improve patient experience and outcomes.

Provide clerical and basic lab support in a freestanding ER: manage lab orders and reports, follow safety protocols, file results, prepare and clean patient rooms, and support team communication to maintain lab operations and patient comfort.

Manage supply handling for a freestanding ER: receive, unload, inventory, restock and transport supplies and medications, maintain clean organized supply rooms, operate digital inventory system, and support pharmacy and clinical staff needs.

Lead community-focused marketing for a freestanding ER: plan and execute outreach and events, build local partnerships, manage marketing team and inventory, train staff, oversee social media and branding to drive patient volume and community presence.
