Administers financial aid programs for nursing students, provides guidance on scholarships and funding, maintains accurate records, and ensures compliance with federal, state, accrediting, and institutional regulations. Serves as a liaison among students, financial aid offices, academic leaders, and external agencies while supporting student success and operational efficiency.

Supports the design, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of formation experiences across a Catholic healthcare system. The role strengthens Catholic identity, Franciscan charism, and mission integration by ensuring consistent, high-quality formation content and supporting organizational mission initiatives. The position requires a theology-related bachelor's degree and two years of experience in formation, mission, or spiritual care.

Designs and maintains security architecture for healthcare information systems and medical devices. Collaborates with IT, clinical engineering, compliance, privacy, and business teams to align security controls with regulations and best practices.
