The House Supervisor (RN) coordinates nursing activities, ensuring compliance with medical orders, patient placement, and resolving concerns to support patient care.

Supervise pharmacy support staff and daily technician operations to ensure timely medication access. Manage purchasing, distribution, inventory and 340B optimization/analytics, provide training and resources, perform technician duties as needed, and support inventory systems and clinical teams.

Partner with nursing, interdisciplinary teams, and leadership to analyze clinical outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable quality and patient safety solutions. Provide coaching, education, performance analysis, support regulatory readiness, and align initiatives with organizational goals.
