Directs and coordinates a team of production workers in metal fabrication to meet production, quality, and safety targets. Reviews schedules, allocates manpower and materials, monitors output, adjusts processes, resolves production issues with support groups, maintains production records, recommends process improvements, ensures safe equipment operation, and trains new employees.
