Manages product and project management leaders, oversees investment and business cases, drives cross-functional product development and launches, and aligns portfolios with customer needs, market opportunities, and corporate growth objectives.

Supervise inspection and testing of incoming materials and finished products, develop and adapt test methods, perform root-cause analysis, analyze customer feedback and production defects, coordinate supplier corrective actions, interpret engineering drawings, troubleshoot process issues, and monitor technician and project KPIs to ensure product quality.

The Manufacturing Engineer improves processes, drives lean initiatives, resolves production issues, supports project management, and collaborates across teams to ensure high-quality manufacturing.
