Conducts and coordinates employee onboarding, development, orientation, and compliance training. Manages Autism Clinics’ new-hire training program, schedules sessions, monitors performance and attendance, maintains training records, assigns online courses, processes certifications, creates interactive presentations, supports audits, and delivers Safety Care and CPR/First Aid training. The role also assists with WorkKeys testing, requires conflict resolution and mandated reporting, and involves travel to Hope worksites with occasional overnight stays.

Directs daily operations and ethical, evidence-based ABA service delivery at an autism clinic. Supervises, mentors, coaches, and evaluates staff; oversees clinical supervision, safety, scheduling, billing, authorizations, compliance, hiring, RBT credentialing, parent concerns, site metrics, and community partnerships. Provides direct care as needed and collaborates with leadership to improve clinical and operational policies.
