Directs daily clinical and operational activities at an autism treatment site, ensuring ethical ABA service delivery, client and staff safety, regulatory compliance, staffing, billing, scheduling, hiring, employee supervision, professional development, parent support, and site performance. The director also oversees RBT credentialing, clinical fieldwork, authorization timelines, community partnerships, and may provide direct care.

Supports finance operations through journal entries, month-end close activities, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, accounts payable oversight, 1099 compliance, and internal control documentation. The role also modernizes accounting workflows using Microsoft Business Central and digital tools, assists with audits, responds to variance inquiries, and provides cross-functional accounting backup.

Supervises, mentors, and evaluates staff; oversees clinical supervision and student fieldwork; monitors safety, staffing, authorizations, billing, scheduling, onboarding, and site metrics. The director supports recruitment, employee relations, parent concerns, policy development, compliance, documentation, and community partnerships, while providing direct care as needed.
