Overnight Supervisor provides safe, trauma-informed overnight coverage at a men's shelter, enforces house rules compassionately, supports resident needs (meals, meds, schedules), conducts security checks and screenings, documents incidents, handles crises calmly, completes overnight chores, and assists with welcoming check-ins and supportive check-outs.

Provide a safe, supportive environment for shelter guests by building relationships, assisting with goals and resources, managing crises calmly, performing operational duties (check-in, phone, food distribution), and supporting guest wellness.
