Manages the flow and logistics of physical donated goods within an assigned department. Leads and supervises vocational training participants and volunteers, fills in for staff, drives truck routes as needed, and supports a healthy, faith-based community. The role requires strong work ethic, clear communication, quick decision-making, teamwork, professionalism, and the ability to follow supervisor direction.

Provide a safe, supportive environment for shelter guests by building relationships, encouraging wellness, connecting guests to resources, assisting with barriers, and performing operational tasks (check-in, phone, intake, food distribution). Navigate crises calmly and follow organizational culture and conduct.

Overnight Supervisor provides safe, trauma-informed overnight coverage at a men's shelter, enforces house rules compassionately, supports resident needs (meals, meds, schedules), conducts security checks and screenings, documents incidents, handles crises calmly, completes overnight chores, and assists with welcoming check-ins and supportive check-outs.
