Manages industrial and large commercial recruitment, site development, and industry retention programs. Partners with member electric cooperatives, businesses, government officials, developers, brokers, railroads, and utilities to promote sites, negotiate proposals, support infrastructure and financing, and improve community marketability. Conducts feasibility research, coordinates marketing materials, provides training and presentations, and supports economic development and electric system marketing initiatives.

Entry-level hybrid role supporting accounting and finance functions: general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, month/year-end close, financial reporting and analysis, cash management, compliance filings, tariff/billing analysis, and records management. Training and mentorship provided.

Monitor and direct real-time operation of transmission and generation systems using EMS/SCADA. Coordinate with member systems, ISOs, and reliability coordinators; develop switching instructions; issue clearances; perform energy and demand validation; maintain logs and compliance with NERC/RRO standards; work rotating 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 control center.

Lead Operations Division projects ensuring completion within schedule and budget, managing resources, and coordinating with stakeholders across various departments.

Lead financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for the capital investment program. Develop and maintain tools and dashboards, ensure GAAP and RUS compliance, reconcile inventory, support audits, and provide decision-support reporting to management, project teams, auditors, lenders, and the Board.
