Provide technical support to plant operations to improve processes, reduce cost, enhance safety, and increase efficiency. Ensure HACCP, GMPs, work instructions, and SQF/food safety compliance at the Arden Hills packaging facility.

Lead HR and safety for the Summerville facility as a strategic partner to leadership. Oversee employee relations, wage/hour administration, benefits, EEO, policy, compliance with employment laws, and site safety programs aligned with HACCP, GMPs, Work Instructions, and SQF requirements.

Support paper/polywoven packaging plant operations by driving process improvements, cost reduction, safety and quality compliance (HACCP, GMP, SQF). Troubleshoot production issues, lead validations, develop procedures and training, manage process projects, coordinate with maintenance, supervisors and engineering, and prepare capital justifications.

Perform troubleshooting, root-cause repairs, preventative maintenance, and machinery modifications on packaging equipment. Cover vacations/other leaves, work collaboratively with team and supervisors, and follow safety rules and guidelines.

Supervise day-to-day converting/printing operations at packaging plant, ensuring safety, SQF food safety and quality, waste reduction, productivity targets, reporting, and team leadership to meet customer and company standards.

Lead facility quality and continuous improvement efforts using LEAN tools. Oversee shop-floor quality data, reduce waste, rework and downtime, ensure HACCP/GMP/SQF/ISO compliance, document SOPs, and coordinate with maintenance, production, vendors, and customers to implement process improvements.
