Provides maintenance support while collaborating with management and other departments on safety, equipment maintenance, HACCP, GMP, work instructions, and food safety compliance at a packaging facility.

Analyzes production costs, maintains standard costs, investigates labor, materials, and overhead variances, monitors inventory accuracy, and recommends cost optimization improvements. The role supports payroll, accounts payable and receivable, administrative teams, and continuous improvement of accounting processes. It also collaborates with technical teams to standardize products and ensure reliable cost data and product structures.

Coordinates graphics and printing projects, manages artwork creation activities, produces printing plates for film production, and verifies client and design-firm computer files for compliance. Maintains close collaboration among customers, customer service, and manufacturing operations. Requires bilingual communication, precise planning of complex tasks, comfort working under pressure, and the ability to influence others to achieve and sustain results.
