Perform troubleshooting and root-cause repairs on production machinery, execute preventative maintenance, and implement machine modifications. Cover for absent team members, work collaboratively, communicate with supervisors and specialists, and follow safety rules and guidelines.

Manage artwork intake and compliance for printing projects, determine plate specifications, coordinate with customer service, suppliers and production, create quotes and work orders, approve proofs, verify supplier invoices, allocate plate costs in QAD, and recommend production improvements to optimize efficiency and profitability.

Coordinate and support the technical/process team to drive process optimization, continuous improvement, and capacity analysis. Lead reject-reduction and productivity projects, support CAPEX and new-process introductions, analyze production performance and NCRs, conduct time-and-motion studies, and train operations on continuous improvement tools.
