Responsible for standard costing, variance analysis, inventory reconciliation, transfer pricing, job close procedures, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost-impact analysis for manufacturing operations. Maintains costing and inventory data integrity, supports month- and year-end close, assists with Controller and Payroll functions, and ensures compliance with HACCP, GMP, work instructions, and SQF requirements.

Provides technical support to manufacturing operations through continuous process improvement, cost reduction, safety enhancement, and plant efficiency initiatives. Leads Kaizen and Lean projects, troubleshoots production issues, performs root-cause analysis, standardizes processes, develops operating documentation, supports validations, justifies capital projects, and coordinates safety and quality initiatives. The role works closely with production, maintenance, quality, sales, and management in a packaging manufacturing plant.

Drives revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing sales and target-account strategies, managing prospects and large accounts, monitoring competitive trends, conducting market research, and using CRM tools to manage sales activity. The role also supports bids, customer retention, value-added selling, product and process development, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams while following manufacturing and SQF requirements.
