Process accounts receivable including invoicing, posting payments, credit notes, customer credit checks, reconciliations, collections follow-up, support audits, maintain standard cost data, and provide payroll backup.

Process supplier invoices, ensure approvals and coding, reconcile receipts to the general ledger, run aging and AP reports, prepare month-end journal entries, maintain AP files, handle supplier inquiries, confirm interbranch balances, set up new suppliers, and perform general site accounting support and front-desk mail/visitor duties.

Support and optimize corporate business systems (e.g., QAD ERP) across all locations; enable continuous improvement of business processes and systems; ensure systems meet functional requirements; build strong relationships with users to identify technology-driven improvements.
