Lead process improvement projects for extrusion-based flexible packaging, troubleshoot production issues, develop set-up/run/changeover documentation, train staff, perform validations and ROI analysis, and collaborate with manufacturing and maintenance to standardize processes and improve efficiency.

Process supplier invoices and maintain accounts payable: verify approvals, match to receiving reports, code and enter invoices, run aging and AP reports, reconcile receipts to the general ledger, confirm interbranch balances, set up new suppliers, handle supplier inquiries, maintain AP files, assist with month-end journal entries, and perform general site administrative tasks (greet visitors, distribute mail).

Coordinate the technical process team to support process engineers and the Operations Manager in continuous improvement, SPC, CAPEX requests, production troubleshooting, reject reduction, capacity and time-motion studies, new process introductions, supplier sourcing for flexographic technologies, and implementation of productivity improvements.
