Coordinate with customer service, production, and maintenance to balance schedules, manage shortages/overruns, communicate status and delivery dates, lead daily production meetings, maintain machine schedules and count accuracy, manage roll stock inventory, and handle change alerts and assigned projects.

Supervise hourly production staff to meet safety, quality, and on-time production goals. Lead coaching, training, line setup changes, performance management, production reporting, root-cause analysis, and cross-department communication.
