Provide Tier 2 support and hands-on administration for production technology across manufacturing sites (PA, NJ, VA). Troubleshoot networks, servers, applications, EDI integration, and ERP-related issues; document work, support implementations and testing, create user instructions and training, participate in on-call rotation, and maintain vendor/customer communications.
