As an Account Executive for Hood Container Corporation, you'll seek new clients, manage sales cycles, build customer relationships, and meet sales goals.

As Quality Manager, you'll lead the Quality Control team, implement management systems, drive continuous improvement, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

The Account Executive will identify and close new sales opportunities in the corrugated packaging sector, manage client accounts, and collaborate with internal teams.

Manage lifecycle of tooling assets (cutting dies, printing plates), coordinate procurement, maintenance, and inventory; liaison between design and production; track tooling condition and usage; maintain documentation and schedules; support continuous improvement to minimize downtime and optimize tooling performance.

Manage plant operations, production scheduling, shipping, inventory, customer service, and process improvement. Partner with plant leadership to balance customer and production needs, monitor performance metrics, improve efficiency, reduce waste, support safety and quality initiatives, and maintain timely delivery. Lead and develop customer service, shipping, and planning teams while managing performance, cross-functional issue resolution, and operational results.

Supervise and develop production staff to meet safety, quality, and on-time production goals. Plan and assign work, manage line leads, review production and quality paperwork, perform root cause analysis, train employees, and support continuous improvement. Fill in lead roles as needed and communicate with other departments to resolve production issues.

Field sales role selling corrugated packaging to B2B customers. Prospecting and closing new accounts, managing a $5–20M portfolio, developing customer relationships, coordinating internal teams, and using CRM and Office tools to track pipeline and meet sales targets.

Hunt for and close new corrugated packaging accounts across Columbus market. Qualify prospects, manage sales pipeline in CRM, meet revenue targets, coordinate quotes and production with internal teams, and provide market feedback to management while building long-term customer relationships.

Support centralized general accounting for plant(s): prepare journal entries, month-end closings, financial statements, AR/AP, reconciliations, payroll summaries, and ad-hoc analysis. Partner with Controller to improve internal controls, financial processes, and reporting while developing toward a plant Controller role.

Inspect corrugator machine setups and production quality, record caliper and measurement data, perform basic troubleshooting and tape-measure checks, maintain cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and support high-volume production.

Manage all HR functions for a 150-employee corrugated converting plant: develop HR strategy, lead recruitment and retention, advise on employee relations, administer compensation, ensure compliance, coach leaders, and use HR analytics to report performance to senior management.

Hunt and close new corrugated box and sheet sales opportunities, manage a $2M–$15M portfolio, build customer relationships, meet sales targets, maintain pipeline in CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver quotes, tooling, orders, and solutions.

Supervise 3rd shift corrugator production team to ensure safety, quality, and production targets. Manage staff, coordinate maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, maintain records, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead Quality team and QMS for corrugator and converting operations. Drive ISO 9001 and AIB compliance, supplier quality, CAPA/root cause, NPI, continuous improvement (5S, SMED, G8D, PPAP), color management, audits, and data-driven performance improvement.
