Teams at Hood Container Corporation

Serve as primary internal contact for assigned accounts, process and track orders in ERP, coordinate with production/shipping/design, communicate order status, support sales with quotes and prospecting, handle complaints/returns, monitor inventory, and drive improvements in customer satisfaction and order flow.

Hunt for and close new corrugated packaging accounts across Columbus market. Qualify prospects, manage sales pipeline in CRM, meet revenue targets, coordinate quotes and production with internal teams, and provide market feedback to management while building long-term customer relationships.

Support centralized general accounting for plant(s): prepare journal entries, month-end closings, financial statements, AR/AP, reconciliations, payroll summaries, and ad-hoc analysis. Partner with Controller to improve internal controls, financial processes, and reporting while developing toward a plant Controller role.
