Serve as front-desk primary point of contact: greet visitors, answer/direct calls, perform filing, data entry, scan job cards, enter time and production hours in Amtech, prepare shipments, manage supplies, and maintain kitchenette and office inventory during standard business hours.

Hunt and close new corrugated box and sheet sales opportunities, manage a $2M–$15M portfolio, build customer relationships, meet sales targets, maintain pipeline in CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver quotes, tooling, orders, and solutions.

Lead Quality team and QMS for corrugator and converting operations. Drive ISO 9001 and AIB compliance, supplier quality, CAPA/root cause, NPI, continuous improvement (5S, SMED, G8D, PPAP), color management, audits, and data-driven performance improvement.
