Supervise 3rd shift corrugator production team to ensure safety, quality, and production targets. Manage staff, coordinate maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, maintain records, and drive continuous improvement.

Prepare and manage printing plates, cutting dies, and inks for press operations. Deliver, premount, remount, repair, and store tooling; maintain records and inventory; check orders for discrepancies; keep storage organized; ensure materials are press-ready to support smooth changeovers and production continuity.

Lead Quality team and QMS for corrugator and converting operations. Drive ISO 9001 and AIB compliance, supplier quality, CAPA/root cause, NPI, continuous improvement (5S, SMED, G8D, PPAP), color management, audits, and data-driven performance improvement.
