Administer and support enterprise databases, Windows and Linux systems, hybrid cloud infrastructure, virtualization, Microsoft 365, networking, RDS, backups, security, and disaster recovery. Monitor system health, perform maintenance and vulnerability remediation, maintain automation scripts, document procedures, respond to incidents, and escalate complex issues. Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to improve database performance, scalability, integrations, reliability, and infrastructure modernization.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, employee records in ADP, benefits and leave administration, performance support, employee engagement, employment inquiries, compliance, and training programs. Partner with HR leadership on complex issues and strategic initiatives while supporting employees and managers across manufacturing facilities in Kentucky and Ohio.

Support centralized general accounting for plant(s): prepare journal entries, month-end closings, financial statements, AR/AP, reconciliations, payroll summaries, and ad-hoc analysis. Partner with Controller to improve internal controls, financial processes, and reporting while developing toward a plant Controller role.
