Supervise converting operations during an assigned shift, ensuring safety, quality, production schedules, efficiency, and cost objectives. Lead, train, coach, and evaluate hourly employees; manage staffing, inventories, maintenance requests, corrective actions, and shift communications. Drive continuous improvement, root-cause problem solving, waste reduction, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with maintenance and other departments to deliver safe, on-time production.

Leads all day-to-day corrugated manufacturing operations, including safety, quality, production, maintenance, warehousing, cost control, and employee performance. Directs supervisors and production leadership, monitors operating metrics, manages budgets and capital planning, drives continuous improvement, ensures equipment reliability and production schedule execution, and develops employees while maintaining regulatory and company compliance.

Lead financial operations for a $100M+ manufacturing plant, overseeing general ledger, inventory, cost accounting, month-end close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and U.S. GAAP compliance. Partner with plant leadership through financial analysis, variance explanations, and recommended action plans. Develop the accounting team, improve processes, and support operational and strategic decision-making. The role requires packaging or corrugated industry experience, strong manufacturing cost accounting expertise, and on-site leadership in Houston.
