Manage enterprise B2B relationships for a portfolio of bulk WiFi multifamily properties. Serve as the primary client contact, coordinate technical support and outage resolution, manage escalations, conduct client check-ins and site visits, maintain detailed account documentation, monitor account health and retention, onboard new clients, and identify workflow improvements. The role requires NYC-area residency, local travel, strong communication, and experience owning high-value enterprise accounts.

Build and manage relationships with landlords, property managers, building staff, vendors, and prospective customers. Coordinate network expansions, negotiate marketing rights, plan and host marketing events, execute subscriber-growth campaigns, meet sales forecasts, educate customers on internet and related technology solutions, resolve concerns, and maintain customer lead data. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring territory coverage across the New York Tri-State area and occasional early morning or evening event work.

Manage telecommunications construction projects expanding gigabit internet networks into new development apartment complexes. Coordinate real estate partners, construction managers, trades, technicians, foremen, engineers, operations, and account executives. Develop site surveys, pathway sketches, build plans, schematics, drawings, photos, and cost estimates; monitor construction metrics, organize job sites, and ensure timely, high-quality deployments. The role is primarily on-site across NYC construction sites and a Lyndhurst, NJ warehouse.

Provides remote technical and operational support to ISP field technicians, including configuring endpoints and switch ports, monitoring network status, checking fiber levels, activating G.hn endpoints, troubleshooting routers and access points, optimizing dispatch routes, auditing installations, and coordinating customer rescheduling. Maintains technician records in Airtable, communicates audit results, and supports daily installation operations.

Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot large-scale OpenWRT wireless infrastructure and FreeRADIUS authentication systems. Manage PPSK/DPSK authentication, VLAN assignment, hostapd, MikroTik networking, roaming, DHCP, and client connectivity. Develop integrations, firmware automation, monitoring, and telemetry tools using Python, Bash, Go, and Lua. Analyze packet captures and wireless performance, support AP provisioning, and contribute to wireless architecture and scaling.

Provides customer-facing technical support and advanced troubleshooting for Wi-Fi, WAN, and LAN networking issues. Works with IP protocols, dynamic routing, fiber optic networks, wireless broadband, and Cisco or Juniper command-line environments. Responds to service inquiries, resolves time-sensitive network problems, and supports the lead engineer. This hybrid role requires working from the New York City office Tuesday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
