Owns Upclear Blue Planner reporting, Power BI and Metabase dashboards, customer setup support, data-driven trade investment insights, tool training, report management, and process improvements. Partners with Sales, IT, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support customer launches, transitions, and sales initiatives. Also organizes sales team information repositories and provides backup pricing and trade analysis support.

The Sales Planning Analyst supports sales operations, planning, and field sales through retailer-facing guidance, trade management, demand planning, reporting, and data-driven insights. Responsibilities include managing Upclear Blue Planner, Power BI and Metabase reports, supporting customer setup and launches, training sales teams, resolving system issues, coordinating cross-functional projects, maintaining sales information systems, and assisting with pricing and trade analysis.

Lead execution and optimization of retail media campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart and other networks. Manage budgets, pacing, billing, testing, reporting, and partnerships with agencies and internal teams. Drive growth, acquisition, and visibility via performance measurement (ROAS, NTB, TACOS, CVR), incrementality testing, and integration with promotions, launches, and creative.

Support the Flushable Wipes brand through analysis of business performance and consumer insights, execute the annual business plan, manage innovation and product launches, coordinate cross-functional timelines, support demand forecasting and S&OP, enable retailer sell-in and retail/eCommerce performance, and drive portfolio optimization and packaging/positioning to grow distribution and household penetration.

Manage day-to-day performance and support long-term growth for the Flushable Wipes brand. Analyze sales, category trends, and consumer insights; support annual business planning, innovation, and product launches; coordinate cross-functional commercialization, demand forecasting, and S&OP; support retailer sell-in and retail/eCommerce execution; develop packaging and positioning; and drive project timelines and process improvements across teams.
