Create and schedule social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, including captions, reels, and visual assets. Support content calendars and campaigns, monitor trends, propose creative ideas, moderate social platforms, and collaborate with design and marketing teams.

Lead category strategy and vendor relationships to optimize product assortment, pricing, promotions and availability. Analyze market and consumer data, oversee analysts, collaborate with buyers, merchandising and marketing, and report insights to senior management.

Perform account reconciliations across customers, payment aggregators, showrooms, petty cash, and intercompany transactions; analyze large datasets across multiple systems and support stakeholders with clarifications.

Greet and assist showroom customers, advise on products and restocking, maintain and set up test models, keep showroom clean and well-stocked, manage supplier administrative tasks, and support events and daily visitor engagement to drive long-term customer relationships.
