Develops and maintains raw material standards for furniture products, covering wood, fabric, metal, paint, foam, and hardware. Defines specifications, quality benchmarks, testing procedures, and inspection guidelines; collaborates with vendors, procurement, designers, and inspection teams to address nonconformities and support new product introductions. The role also drives continuous improvement, sustainability, cost effectiveness, documentation, and training while ensuring compliance with furniture industry standards.

Study product features, maintain attractive and organized showroom displays, ensure test models are in excellent condition, advise on product restocking, welcome and assist customers, build lasting customer relationships, maintain showroom cleanliness and supplies, support events and visitors, and handle supplier-related administrative tasks.

Build and maintain cross-functional business dashboards and validate SQL-based metrics across sales, marketing, supply chain, logistics, advertising, web analytics, and support data. Investigate discrepancies to identify root causes, independently verify deliverables, partner with stakeholders, communicate findings to senior management, and use AI tools to improve analytical productivity while maintaining independent judgment and continuous improvement.
