Create and schedule social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Develop captions, reels, and visual assets; support content calendars and campaigns; monitor trends; suggest creative ideas; collaborate with design and marketing teams; and moderate social platforms.

Reconcile customer and payment aggregator collections, showroom cash and petty cash, and intercompany transactions. Provide transaction clarifications to stakeholders, navigate multiple systems, manage large data volumes, and meet tight deadlines.

Manage partnerships with banks, BNPL providers, fintechs, and payment platforms. Develop joint activations and co-branded campaigns, identify new partnership opportunities, and execute the partnership pipeline. The role requires strong communication, organization, initiative, and the ability to work independently in an e-commerce environment.
