The role requires healthcare sales or marketing experience, strong relationship-building skills, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Provides per diem hospice nursing care throughout Ocean County, including patient assessments, direct clinical care, care coordination, family education, personalized care planning, and participation in call duties. Collaborates with the Clinical Director and interdisciplinary team to evaluate hospice eligibility and ensure compassionate end-of-life care.
