Holisticare Hospice

Holisticare Hospice provides compassionate hospice care for people with life-limiting illnesses and their loved ones. Its interdisciplinary care team includes physicians, registered nurses, home health aides, medical social workers, chaplains, counselors, and volunteers. Services include symptom-control medications, medical equipment, respite care, 24-hour emergency support, music and spiritual care, and 13 months of bereavement support, delivered wherever patients call home.
