Develop and productionize ranking, recommendation, and personalization models serving millions of users. Lead experimentation through A/B testing, monitor model reliability and drift, optimize performance, and collaborate with product and engineering teams. Own technical direction for initiatives while applying machine learning, statistics, and AI tools to improve search relevance, conversion, and business outcomes.

Own end-to-end pricing and forecasting models for holiday homes, including demand, price sensitivity, and conversion prediction. Build and operate AI agents and agentic systems serving millions of guests and hosts. Own ambiguous problem spaces from discovery through production, using agentic coding tools such as Claude Code. Design multi-agent workflows with tool calling, handoffs, and production evaluations while improving customer experiences and business outcomes. Collaborate directly with the CTO and introduce technologies across Holidu’s Kotlin, Java, AWS, Kubernetes, and data infrastructure stack.

Generate sales to vacation rental owners through cold calling, prospecting, relationship building, and full-cycle sales from outreach through closing. Track activities and monthly targets, conduct regular business trips to focus regions, support onboarding and international sales teams, and help organize owner events. Requires near-native Spanish, fluent English, a driver’s license, strong motivation, persuasive communication, empathy, and organized execution.

Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automation. Manage AWS production environments, troubleshoot incidents, optimize reliability and cloud costs, and develop operational scripts using Python, Bash, or Go. Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams on deployments, observability, DevSecOps practices, and scalable system design.

Lead high-impact machine learning initiatives from architecture through production, set data science technical standards, mentor team members, shape the ML roadmap, and promote AI-enabled workflows. The role focuses on complex modeling problems including ranking, pricing, churn, cancellations, marketing, and forecasting using large-scale tabular data.

The role collaborates with development, security, and operations teams while improving observability, incident response, system security, and DevOps workflows.

Own large-scale paid search campaigns across European markets using Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Develop value-based bidding strategies, optimize account structures, run A/B tests, analyze performance, and convert findings into playbooks. Build internal marketing applications with Claude Code and GitHub alongside the MarTech team, while piloting AI-powered advertising and workflow automation. The role requires strong quantitative thinking, hands-on execution, ownership of business outcomes, and curiosity about applying AI to marketing.

Own end-to-end data science and advanced analytics initiatives across rankings, recommendations, price optimization, and demand forecasting. Design, deploy, monitor, and improve predictive models in production, identify new business opportunities, guide technical decisions, and help shape the team’s machine learning strategy. The role uses large-scale tabular data, AI tools, statistics, Python, SQL, and modern ML infrastructure in a hybrid Munich-based environment.
