The role partners with executive and cross-functional teams while guiding AI literacy and responsible implementation without directly building production solutions.

Leads warehouse operations by supervising staff, directing floor activities, ensuring staffing and training, and meeting production and fulfillment goals. Drives safety, quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, KPI reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with engineering on warehouse optimization and automation, supports compliance, develops team leadership, and addresses staffing and operational needs.

Develops and executes internal communication plans, content calendars, and multi-channel campaigns. Creates employee-focused stories, updates, spotlights, marketing collateral, and social media content while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborates with leaders across departments, monitors communication performance, provides data-driven recommendations, manages print and branded merchandise inventory, and supports external marketing initiatives. Promotes company values and safety through effective communications.

Leads warehouse operations, staff development, staffing, order fulfillment, performance tracking, safety, compliance, and process improvement. Uses KPIs and data analysis to optimize productivity and collaborates with engineering on warehouse technology and automation.
