Develops operational strategies, oversees budgets and staffing, builds an inclusive culture, develops talent, improves processes through analytics and automation, ensures regulatory compliance, supports customer relationships, and evaluates growth opportunities.

Develops and executes internal communication plans, content calendars, and multi-channel campaigns. Creates employee-focused stories, updates, spotlights, marketing collateral, and social media content while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborates with leaders across departments, monitors communication performance, provides data-driven recommendations, manages print and branded merchandise inventory, and supports external marketing initiatives. Promotes company values and safety through effective communications.

Provides onsite industrial engineering support across warehouse operations. Responsibilities include optimizing layouts and material flow, leading Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives, conducting root cause analyses and time studies, forecasting workforce needs, evaluating capital equipment, analyzing operational data and KPIs, and promoting safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
