Provide safety and security for Hoag properties through proactive patrols, incident response, camera and badge-system audits, investigations, report writing, dispatcher duties, and enforcement of policies while completing required training and certifications.

Provide direct perioperative patient care in the Heart Catheterization Lab including assessments, medication administration, pain management, specimen collection, telemetry monitoring, patient teaching and discharge planning. Participate in clinical ladder activities, committees, education projects, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, evidence-based care.

Leads abdominal transplant coordination and nursing standards for outpatient and post-transplant patients. Manages evaluation, listing, donor procurement, recipient preparation, admissions, education, documentation, referrals, and follow-up. Maintains UNOS and TIEDI records, ensures CMS and OPTN/UNOS compliance, supports quality improvement, standardizes workflows, and provides coaching to transplant coordinators. Collaborates with patients, families, providers, insurers, referring physicians, and transplant leadership on clinical and operational issues.
